Girls Nite Out Tomorrow

I will be a vendor at Girls Nite Out taking place at the Playhouse Cafe from 7-9pm tomorrow nite. If you haven't RSVP'd yet, feel free to come we are expecting a great turn out! I made these thank you note card sets to put as my favor in the goody bags. It was a challenge to think of a design that would be useful to anyone since all my work is always created for someone specific. I had seen a cool typography print that inspired this design of my own... the alphabet running across the card spells out "t-h-a-n-k-y-o-u". I hope you enjoy using them if you are one of the lucky ladies who gets a bag!

Corning Museum of Glass

So we are back from our vacation at the cabin. It's looking like Tim has a new job lined up but there are lots of details to work out. I will keep you posted b/c it will mean exciting changes for our family! We drove about 45 min. to Corning, NY on a rainy day to check out the glass plant there. It was very cool. We got to see them make a beautiful fruit bowl and then break it for recycling... after I saw the prices in the gift shop I realize why they don't just give away the sample. I would have loved to have it! Here are 2 pictures of things I liked, one bowl was a city scape the other was an enormous fruit bowl made of glass fruit!
